Each villa at 31 The Rocks includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, reverse-cycle air conditioning, quality linen and towels, complimentary breakfast provisions, a private veranda with BBQ, and access to the guest lounge, everything you need for a comfortable, self-contained stay.

Yes. A light continental breakfast starter kit is included, with muesli, yoghurt, milk, juice, tea and coffee supplied for your arrival.

No pod coffee machines, a deliberate choice, given the waste they generate and our commitment to reducing single-use products. Each villa is supplied with quality coffee instead, and if you prefer barista coffee, there are several excellent cafés a few minutes away in Stanthorpe.

Yes. Every villa at 31 The Rocks has its own kitchenette with a microwave, two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, cookware, crockery and cutlery. The Haven has a fully equipped kitchen with a 6-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Yes. Wood-burning fireplaces are available in each villa. Firewood is supplied during the cooler months, generally May to September, subject to seasonal conditions and fire restrictions. Outside this period a wood heater can be set up on request for a $30 setup fee.

Keep the fire door closed while the fire is in use, and crack a window to ventilate the villa. Please don't use the top of the heater to cook or warm items, and don't over-handle the ashes, we clean the fireplace after departure. Full safety instructions are in the in-room compendium.

Yes. All villas have reverse-cycle air conditioning, electric blankets and a wood fireplace for the winter season. For the air conditioning we suggest around 22°C in summer and a maximum of 24°C in winter, and please don't run the air conditioning and wood heater at the same time.

Villa 3 has been designed to provide improved accessibility, including wider doorways, step-free shower access, non-slip flooring and parking beside the villa. If you have specific accessibility requirements, contact us before booking so we can help determine if it's suitable for your needs.

Yes. Complimentary parking is available beside each villa.

Our studio villas are designed primarily for couples, though babies in portacots are welcome at no charge. Families are welcome to stay in Villa 5, which sleeps 4-6 with the sofa bed, or The Haven, which sleeps up to six guests.

A portacot and highchair are available on request. Let us know before your arrival so we can have them ready for you.

Each villa has a Bluetooth speaker and a DVD player, with DVDs available to borrow from the guest lounge. Board games such as Scrabble, Cluedo and Monopoly are available, and the TVs support games consoles if you bring your own console and cables.

Due to local water restrictions we don't offer a laundry service. Self-service laundries are available in Stanthorpe, a few minutes away.
