For your convenience, the lounge is equipped with a bar fridge, wine glasses, cheese boards, cups, and cutlery—so there’s no need to bring anything from your villa. Free Wi-Fi is also available, making it easy to share your day’s adventures or plan tomorrow’s itinerary in comfort.

The Gardens & Gazebo

As a centre point in the garden, the gazebo provides commanding views over the valley below.

Sit and relax, enjoy a glass or two of wine and watch the gorgeous sunsets. The gazebo is lit at night for your convenience.

Walking Tracks

Set on 10 acres of pristine natural bushland, 31 The Rocks is surrounded by striking granite outcrops and unique geological features that offer a true Granite Belt experience.

Guests can enjoy two tranquil walking tracks right on the property. Track 1 winds gently through the bush, leading up to the top of the granite escarpment where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views—especially magical at sunset. Track 2 is a shorter, 10-minute loop that offers a leisurely stroll past remarkable granite formations and native flora.

Along the way, you’ll encounter an array of natural beauty—from iconic grass trees and wildflowers to native lavender. Pause and take it all in—you may be joined by local wildlife including grey kangaroos, wallabies, wallaroos, and, if you’re lucky, even a koala or two.

Being a natural bushland setting, it’s also possible to encounter snakes—particularly in the warmer months. We recommend staying on the marked paths, wearing appropriate footwear, and being mindful of your surroundings to enjoy your walk safely.
